Drive outbound growth by booking qualified appointments with decision-makers for Opsynx AI. This is a high-performance, KPI-driven role for experienced outbound professionals. If you are not comfortable making 150+ dials per day, this role is not for you.
Opsynx AI builds AI-powered revenue systems that capture, respond to, and convert every lead — so business owners can focus on closing and growth instead of chasing follow-ups.
We automate the lead-to-revenue process.
Now we're scaling our outbound team.
You will:
Cold call business owners and decision-makers
Generate qualified outbound conversations
Handle surface-level objections
Pre-qualify prospects
Book demo appointments for our sales team
Log all activity accurately in Go High Level (GHL)
Operate inside a structured KPI system
You are not responsible for closing.
2–5 years outbound appointment setting experience
Proven ability to make 150–200 dials per day
Fluent, professional English (spoken & written)
Experience using Go High Level (GHL)
Experience using a power or predictive dialer
Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
High Speed Internet Connection with no Latency
Laptop Computer

This is a numbers + discipline role.
This is a performance-driven role with a structured base plus uncapped earning potential.
We provide a stable base compensation aligned with experience and outbound performance expectations. In addition, this role includes commission on qualified appointments and performance-based bonuses tied to results.
Top SDRs in this role significantly outperform their base through consistent booking volume and disciplined execution.
