Opsynx AI builds AI-powered revenue systems that capture, respond to, and convert every lead — allowing business owners to focus on closing and growth instead of chasing follow-ups.
Our media buying directly fuels our outbound and AI conversion systems.

You will:
Build and manage Meta lead generation campaigns
Optimize campaigns daily for cost per lead and conversion rate
Manage and scale ad budgets profitably
Monitor attribution and tracking accuracy
Collaborate with SDR and sales teams
Analyze data and improve performance continuously
This is a performance role tied directly to revenue outcomes.
2+ years running Meta Ads for lead generation
Proven experience managing $10,000+ monthly ad spend
Demonstrated ability to scale profitable campaigns
Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, and attribution
Experience optimizing funnels for booked appointments
Fluent, professional English
